STARTERS
Roasted Jerusalem artichoke and wild mushroom soup, truffle oil and Parmesan crisp
Venison carpaccio, Ashdown goats’ cheese, crisp tarragon polenta with a light English mustard dressing
Butternut squash risotto, with fresh sage, Parmesan and toasted chestnuts
Severn & Wye smoked salmon, horseradish panna cotta, pickled cucumber, toasted crostini
Pan fried scallops, pea puree, crisp pancetta, sun-blushed cherry tomato & caper dressing

 MAINS
Roasted poussin, with roasted baby root vegetables, dauphinoise potatoes and a white wine and thyme jus
Confit of glazed duck leg, with a wild mushroom and tarragon jus, sautéed new potatoes, carrots and braised red cabbage
Roasted sweet potato gnocchi, smoked beetroot and goats cheese salad with a pine nut dressing
Cattleman griddled fillet steak, herb baked mushroom, home dried tomatoes, triple cooked chips red wine jus
Pan seared fillets of seabass, with a prawn and crab bisque sauce, crushed new potatoes and winter vegetables
